Board of Director Elections – Results to be Announced Soon!

Gramercy Neighborhood Associates (GNA) is currently accepting applications to fill two Board Member vacancies due to expiring terms.  The application process will officially commerce today and end on April 20th.  Election results will be released on or before May 1st.

Since 1912, GNA has been dedicated to making Gramercy Park one of New York City’s most desirable neighborhoods to both live and work. We are committed to preserving the neighborhood’s historic character and significance while helping to foster its future growth by building a sense of community and collaborating with the city on issues that impact the quality of lives of our neighbors.

Our presence in the neighborhood has grown immensely over the past few years and our membership roster has reflected our recent accomplishments.  We are looking for board members who believe in our mission, have a sincere interest in continuing to grow our organization by sharing new ideas that further promote our businesses, schools and residents, and who are willing to be active in their governance roles.  In addition, all applicants must currently be or become members of our organization prior to submitting an application.

If you are interested in learning more about the roles and responsibilities of GNA Board Members and the application process, please email us at or call Alan Krevis at 917-603-1128.

Taste of Gramercy – October 12, 2013.  11 am-4 pm Irving Place

As you know, many of the surrounding neighborhoods have been celebrating their local restaurants in the name of charity for years, and now GNA is making that happen in Gramercy Park! In 2013, we are proud to present the neighborhood with the Taste of Gramercy.

Taste of Gramercy will promote local businesses and introduce residents of NYC to the wonderful array of food that Gramercy has to offer. In addition, a portion of ticket sales will go to benefit local schools, including PS 40 and School of the Future.

Stay tuned for advance ticket information and a list of participating restaurants!

Annual Art Show at The National Arts Club – February 25, 2014

Each year Gramercy Neighborhood Associates hosts an annual Art Exhibit at the prestigious National Arts Club on Gramercy Park. This event gives local artists the opportunity to apply to have their artwork displayed at the club for 4 days.  Our judging panel, which includes different curators from art galleries around the city each year, chooses which pieces will be displayed at the club.

Stay tuned for application process!
